Remarks
This property returns a cached value that is updated atomically with the SessionStack. The cached state ensures thread-safe access without race conditions.
Begin(IRunnable) pushes the runnable's token onto the stack and sets this to true. End(SessionToken) sets it to false and removes the token, except that a token ended beneath the top stays on the stack until the sessions above it end. To find running sessions on the stack, check this property rather than stack membership.
